This Privacy Policy explains how Momentum Marketing Blend LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("MMB", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the Compass Health CRM & Leads Marketplace (the "Service") under the brand "Compass Health", collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of the Service, including:
- Account and contact information — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Business information — your National Producer Number (NPN), licensing details, and other business details you provide during sign-up and onboarding.
- Payment information — billing details handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; the processor handles card data on our behalf.
- Usage data — information about how you interact with the Service, such as log data, device and browser information, and feature usage.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to operate, secure, and improve the Service (see "Cookies & Tracking" below).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including the CRM and the Leads Marketplace;
- Create and review your account, including verifying licensing and approving access;
- Process subscription payments and manage billing;
- Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and Service updates;
- Monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information with service providers and sub-processors who help us run the Service, including the GoHighLevel/LeadConnector platform that powers the CRM and our third-party payment processor that handles card payments. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You may review and update your account information by contacting us or through the Service where available. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any available right, contact us at support@compasshealthcrm.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential communications using the controls provided in those messages; we may still send you service-related communications.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect how the Service functions.
8. Not Directed to Children
The Service is intended for licensed insurance professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
10. Changes to This Policy

11. Mobile Messaging (SMS) & Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through our online contact form, we may send you SMS text messages based on the consents you select: marketing messages (such as offers, discounts, and platform updates) and/or non-marketing account messages (such as onboarding, appointment reminders, billing, and customer support). Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
